[More than anyone, Integra was prone to losing her temper, and retreated into her more destructive tendencies while in private. Given the state of her office, that time has already passed. Yet, she is no state to humour Blackquill. Choosing to ignore his comments, she takes out her Cerevice, allowing it to clack against the barren desk. It is open to this announcement.]

I'll explain everything. Please, look over this.

[As she speaks, her voice is devoid of emotion-- and even most of its general character. Beyond its generalised talk of brutality and vampirism, something about this woman appears to have left Integra clearly haunted.]

[OH BOY, HERE WE GO...]

She goes by the codename Rip van Winkle. She's a vampire from my world, who works for a Nazi organisation by the name of Millennium. [Integra tells him this in complete earnestness, although that's only the half of it.]

Their actions have lead to the slaughter of my brigade, the destruction of my home, and the invasion of several other countries.

[Basically, WWIII... with Nazi Vampires. It's complicated.]

[Yes, because everything she's told him up until this point is all just an elaborate lie constructed by Integra for some inexplicable godforsaken reason, and this is a performance with the intent of deceiving him.

Honestly? Integra is uncertain what part of this she finds more offensive: his dismissal of her, or she that would conceivably lie about the unfortunate massacre of her countrymen and troops. But sure, let's shrug this all off!! Let's pretend there's not a shred of truth to her words.

Or, we could approach this in Integra's ever petulant manner of confronting anything.]

And I must beg to question that after conveying to you the severity of my circumstances, you choose to dismiss my words as a 'charade'? I haven't any reason to lie to you, sir. Ask yourself what reason, if any, I would have to circulate such rumours?

[She slams against her desk, near shouting at this point; her tone filled of a venomous spite that was generally uncharacteristic of the woman. Sorry Blackquill, she just isn't having it with him today.]
